AMI

AMIThe AMI ventilator consists of the following:

  • an external hood protecting against rain and insects,
  • an internal part responsible for the amount of supplied air.

 

 

Properties

Air flow:

With the diaphragm set in the open position, the amount of the supplied air depends on the pressure difference outside and inside the room. The maximum ventilator capacity amounts to 22 m³/h. After exceeding the maximum value, the stiles move and limit the amount of supplied air.

If the diaphragm is set in the closed position, the ventilator supplies the minimum amount of air, i.e. 5 m³/h.

External air flowing through the ventilator is directed upwards, above the zone where people are, which prevents unpleasant draught effect and users’ discomfort.

Acoustic properties:

– Acoustic damping Dn,e,w of the unit with open ventilator amounts to 37 dB(A).

The principle of operation:

This happens up to the pressure difference level, at which the capacity of the ventilator reaches the maximum value. If the increase continues, the stiles move and limit the air flow. Such a situation may occur for instance when there is a strong blow of wind. The user may choose to close the cover in order to reduce the air flow to minimum.

Colouring

Available colours: White (RAL 9003), Chestnut (RAL 8017), Oak (RAL 8001)
It is possible to paint the manually controlled pressure ventilators and hoods with any RAL colour.

With the diaphragm set in the open position, the amount of supplied air depends on the pressure difference outside and inside the room. The maximum ventilator capacity amounts to 30 m³/h. After exceeding the maximum value, the stiles move and limit the amount of the supplied air. If the diaphragm is set in the closed position, the ventilator supplies the minimum amount of air, i.e. 6 m³/h.

External air flowing through the ventilator is directed upwards, above the zone where people are, which prevents unpleasant draught effect and the users’ discomfort.

EFR – ventilator with precise setpoint

EFRThe EFR ventilator consists of the following:

  • an external hood protecting against rain and insects,
  • an internal part responsible for the amount of supplied air.

 

 

Properties

Air flow: 6 − 30 m³/h.

Acoustic properties:

– Acoustic damping Dn,e,w of the unit: open ventilator + standard hood amounts to 31 dB(A)
– Acoustic damping Dn,e,w of the unit: open ventilator + acoustic hood amounts to 36 dB(A)

The principle of operation

The EFR ventilator has the possibility of setting the diaphragm in one of 5 opening positions, which ensures flow between 6 and 30 m³/h at 10 Pa. The level of ventilator opening can be freely adjusted by the user. The set consisting of the EFR ventilator and hood with AC flow control allows to achieve constant flow at level.

2MO

AERECO EXR 5 kolorowThe 2MO ventilator consists of the following:

  • an external hood protecting against rain and insects,
  • an internal part responsible for the amount of supplied air.

 

 

Properties

With the diaphragm is set in the open position, the amount of supplied air depends on the pressure difference outside and inside the room. Depending on the type of ventilator, the air flow achieves the Air flow:value of 16/20 m³/h. After exceeding the maximum value, the stiles move and limit the amount of the supplied air. If the diaphragm is set in the closed position, the ventilator supplies the minimum amount of air.

External air flowing through the ventilator is directed upwards, above the zone where people are, which prevents unpleasant draught effect and users’ discomfort.

Acoustic properties:

Acoustic damping Dn,e,w of the unit with open ventilator amounts to 33 dB(A).

EMM – Dual-flow humidity-sensitive ventilator

EMM 5 koloryEMM ventilator consists of the following:

  • an external hood protecting against rain and insects,
  • a support plate intended for fastening the ventilator to the window,
  • an internal part responsible for the amount of supplied air.

 

 

The principle of operation:

Automatic control; The air flow depends on the steam content (relative humidity) inside the room, i.e. air pollution resulting from performing activities, such as washing, cooking, drying, etc. The control sensor is polyamide tape, changing its length due to changes in the relative air humidity, which causes smaller or greater opening of the damper, and therefore lets more or less air into the room.

Ventilators operate within the range of 35 to 70% of relative humidity. If the humidity in the room is smaller or equal to 35%, the ventilator is closed and the minimum air stream is led to the room. With increasing humidity, the ventilator opens and achieves maximum capacity with the value of 70% or higher.

Ventilators are designed so that external air has no direct contact with the sensor. This allows an analysis of conditions inside the rooms rather than outside.

It is possible to lock the position, in which minimum constant air supply is achieved.

Depending on the manner of assembly, the airflow direction changes (vertically upwards or diagonally).

Ventilator operates without human participation and it does not require any power supply.
